Room was very spacious.
Room service was worst. When you order you will get only after 1 to 1.5 hrs. Even nobody attends the phone. It is very disgusting.

Menu card kept in the room is of old rates needs to be changed. Intercom was not working during my stay.

There is no in-house restaurant and room service takes lots of time to get from outside
There was a confusion in booking made thro Booking.com. Initially it was said no booking done though there was a email. After showing our online booking they agreed to give us the room. There seem to be some coordination issue between the hotel and booking.com which needs to to be set right

Good location, clean environment
No restaurant if order for tea it will take 45 minutes that to in flask. Costliest 45 rupees tea it is like railway plat form tea. I ordered and brought best tea near by tea stall within 2 minutes good taste. My suggestion is for tea coffee do not go for your restaurant nearby (rice ans spice)
