The staff, especially Franck was the perfect host always available to help. We had a flat tire and he immediately solved it. His advice was also very useful. It was also quite cold, but the rooms had heaters, so it was pretty good. TV and good wifi. Comfortable beds. The meals are "a La Carte" and Franck once again took care of it.
Altitude sickness took us quite harsh.... better to take all the recommended medicines and tea because it will punch you very hard. But no Hotel or host responsibility on it.
