Strongly do not recommend staying at this so-called cave hotel. The overall accommodation experience is extremely poor due to several serious issues.
Firstly, the hotel has obvious false advertising and inconsistent room descriptions. When booking, the room listing clearly displayed photographs stating the room was equipped with a bathtub. However, upon check-in, we were assigned a completely different room without a bathtub. The actual room varies drastically from the pictures shown online. Information published on booking platforms should truthfully reflect room facilities. The hotel cannot arbitrarily allocate different standard rooms, which seriously misleads customers during the reservation process.
Secondly, our room is located in a semi-basement area, permanently cold, damp and poorly ventilated. Clothes washed and hung indoors failed to dry completely for two full days. Constant humidity makes long stays extremely uncomfortable.
Most importantly, there is a major hidden safety hazard. To create a decorative "cave style", the wall directly beside the bed is covered with uneven, jagged sharp protrusions. While sleeping and turning over at night, both my wife and I accidentally scratched our fingers on these rocky bumps and sustained visible wounds.
Unique cave features should never come at the expense of basic living comfort and guest personal safety. Travelers planning to make a reservation are strongly advised to exercise caution. The hotel needs to properly address and rectify its misleading listing information, damp room conditions and dangerous rough wall surfaces.

The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. They upgraded me to a larger room than the one I had booked, which I truly appreciated. The bathroom is spacious and very clean, and the room stayed pleasantly cool even during the summer. Everything looks new and well maintained. Thank you, Sir and Madam, for your wonderful hospitality. In shaa Allah, I will definitely come back again next time. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
