Her şey mükemmeldi. Otel çok güzel, modern ve çok temizdi. Odalar konforlu, tertemiz ve düzenliydi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, konumu da harikaydı. Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi otellerden biriydi.
Her şey beklentilerimin üzerindeydi.

Hotel je bio zaista predivan i u potpunosti preuređen, čist i uredan. Sve je djelovalo mirno i organizovano, sve je bilo na svom mjestu i uredno održavano. Svakog dana posteljina je bila redovno mijenjana, a peškiri svježi i čisti, što je dodatno doprinosilo osjećaju udobnosti i higijene. Sve prostorije su bile besprijekorno čiste i održavane. Osoblje na recepciji je bilo izuzetno ljubazno i fino, uvijek spremno da pomogne i izađe u susret. Tokom boravka nismo imali apsolutno nikakvih problema, sve je funkcionisalo savršeno i boravak je bio veoma prijatan i opuštajući.

Ich war vor ein paar Monaten in dem Hotel und war insgesamt echt zufrieden. Die Lage ist super für einen Istanbul-Trip, man kommt überall gut hin. Besonders hervorheben will ich einen Mitarbeiter, MILAD , der richtig freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach total gastfreundlich war. Das hat den Aufenthalt nochmal deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.
Es gab nichts Negatives.
