The location of this hotel is great if you're visiting to view all the main tourist attractions. It is great because it is not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to everything with ease. It is also very easy to get to the ferry to go to get to the Asian side. Special shoutout to Milad for making sure I was happy and comfortable every morning at breakfast!

A bedside light would have been nice for some reading before bed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Istanbul avec mon mari et nos deux enfants. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassés en suite alors que nous avions réservé une chambre, un geste que nous avons énormément apprécié. Un immense merci à Kenan et Milad pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour. Ils ont contribué à rendre nos vacances encore plus agréables. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de cet hôtel et, sans aucun doute, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Istanbul. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation !

We stayed at this hotel with our entire family while I was in Istanbul for my wedding, and what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. A heartfelt thank you to Mohammed, Milad, Kenan, and Nejdet. They went above and beyond every single day, always welcoming us with a smile and helping us with anything we needed. They were incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their hospitality is the reason we will remember this hotel so fondly. A special thank you as well to the housekeeping lady whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She did an excellent job every day, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained our room was throughout our stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were clean and comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and became a wonderful gathering place for our family before and after our wedding events. The staff always made us feel welcome there. Service like this is rare to find, and it made all the difference. Thank you for making such an important time in our lives so memorable. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in Istanbul.

Rooms are on the smaller side. Uber does not come to the hotel area due to closed roads. You have to walk 5 min to nearest train station to catch uber.
