The location is very convenient. Right next to the metro station and there are stores and coffee shops nearby . It's ok for a few nights only and for not more than 2 people.

The apartment needs attention. The kitchen sink is loose as well as the shower. The middle part of it doesn't work at and top showerhead works halfway. It leaks and floods the bathroom a little because it's not sealed well. We tried to fix it but it kept leaking every time and in general taking a shower was a pain. Also, the door knobs of one of the doors kept falling. I wish I had puctures of all of this. I would normally talk to the owner about this before writing anything but there was total lack of communication. This was the worst part. We had to check in at 3:00 and they sent us to the wrong address in the middle of the heat. I understand mistakes happen sometimes, except the way it was handled was very poor. The whole time I was trying to connect with them, I was answered by AI. Then I wrote to their number on booking and they told me that I'm not supposed to call there except for an emergency. Well, I am not used to talking to robots! The lady of the front desk at the property we were sent ( the wrong address) was very helpful and tried to message the management and it took nearly one hour to figure it out. They would refuse to give her a number I could call and finally she said that the newly incorporated " communication " with the AI is a mess. I realized that this property isn't run by the owner who would care, but by an agency who is overwhelmed. This is strictly business, not run very well. they don't care about our experience.
