Quarto com óptima limpeza e com ar condicionado excelente,um frigoríficono quarto o que deu imenso jeito . Casa de banho com limpeza excelente. Cama muito confortável. Um quarto muito agradavel num alojamento com uma renovação recente e com muito potencial ainda por explorar

Lâmpada do WC não funcionava. Falta de sitio para colocar as malas embora houvesse um roupeiro pequeno e espaço para outro roupeiro ou estante. É uma pena que o espaço exterior não possa ser aproveitado, sem uma mesa e cadeiras

It’s a perfect place to stay for a solo traveller. Very safe as the it’s a digital keypad to enter the room so no one can access it apart from yourself which to me was a plus point. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

The Air Con remote was not working. The check in was 3pm but I didn’t receive instructions on how to access the property until 3:40pm which made me feel anxious as the property itself is about 10-15 mins via bus from the main strip of Alicante so was in a small neighbourhood. Easy to find but the instructions could have been sent earlier. At night time the area was really quiet which was a minus but expected.

Comfy bed, good shower.

One medium towel per person, for 4 days, not enough in my opinion. It was raining inside the bathroom during the rainstorm. Common place was not so clean and smelly. The lamp in the bathroom was broken unfortunately and the AC had some problems at the beginning but it worked in the end, the owner came in to fix it. Overall it was ok.
