The location was excellent just a 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum or Trevi fountain. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area, perfect place for a couple to stay. The host was very helpful and welcoming.
It was a little cramped for 3 adults for the length of time we stayed.

Il Rione Monti è eccezionale, per la vicinanza al Colosseo e al cuore di Roma. La sera è pieno di trattorie, enoteche e locali ma senza il caos presente in altri posti. L’appartamento aveva veramente di tutto a disposizione per la colazione, ma noi abbiamo preferito andare a farla fuori perché abbiamo trovato il bar La Licata in via dei Serpenti che faceva paste strepitose. Tornando all’alloggio, la Signora Eleonora ci ha aspettato fino alle 22,30 del giorno di arrivo (perché il treno era in ritardo di un’ora)per mostrarci l’appartamento e consegnarci le chiavi. È fornito di TUTTO, non ho niente da segnalare che non andasse bene.
Mi sembra che ci sia l’attenzione massima al cliente quindi tutto perfetto e niente di negativo.

La ubicación.
La falta de luz natural y el olor a humedad al ser un primero interior. La distribución sin que haya una sala de estar diferenciada.

Para nosotras la ubicación inmejorable. El alojamiento dispone de todo tipo de comodidades. Cocina entera equipada, (trapos, utensilios…) La dueña encantadora se preocupó en todo momento de que nos faltase de nada. Dispone de calefacción.
No tuvimos queja alguna.
