Supportive staff and customer service. They were polite, understanding and really tried to make my stay more comfortable which I really appreciate.
Overall it was not easy to live with 3 other housemates at such small place. Our door luck was a challenge and it always took us forever to lock/unlock the door.
Also the building’s opening door was always open and no need for code which didn’t feel safe.

Apartamentos muy pequeños y MUY caros para un alquiler en Viena. No están diseñados para que la gente viva en ellos. Mi habitación tenía un armario que literalmente era como una taquilla de instituto y mi ropa estaba en las maletas. En el baño faltaba algo para colgar las toallas o la ropa. Sinceramente hay muchos detalles que faltan para un alojamiento pensado para estancias de mínimo 30 días. Además de pocas almohadas.
