Location is great, only some meters away from Karura forest, the UN compound and the Village Market. Safe and beautiful neighbourhood. The room was confortable and the staff very attentive, firendly and caring.
The hotel feels more like a guest house, which could be a nice home-like experience, however it lacks a nice, confortable common area, and the outside space lacks work to be a pleasant place to hang out.

Super friendly management and staff. I inadventently arrived at their sister hotel down the road at 5am and they kindly arranged free transfer an check-in to the correct location. Highly secure premises just across the road from police compound and within short walking distance to the Village and many UN offices in the area. Room was spotless clean, comfortable huge bed, balcony terrace overlooking a peaceful garden, and warm shower. Highly recommended
