Stayz Royale - Mysuru near Mysuru Palace

The hotel is clean and ideal for family stay, the staff personnel are response for assistance, The hotel location is slightly outer to the Mysore city and not too isolated, The locality has hotels and good Restaurants nearby. Overall stay at Stayz Royale was really good.

Facilities are very poor

Thank you for your mail. I am writing to formally share my experience with a recent hotel booking through Agoda and the challenges I faced with both the hotel management and Indian customer care. My booking was confirmed on Agoda, and with that assurance I reached the hotel for check‑in. To my shock, the hotel management informed me that the rooms had already been allocated to someone else and were no longer available. I immediately contacted Agoda customer care, who assured me they would speak with the hotel and provide a solution or alternative arrangement. Unfortunately, despite waiting with my family for more than an hour, no solution or arrangement was provided. Left without support, I had to book another room through Agoda at double the cost. This additional expense was incurred solely due to the hotel’s fault. This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on both the hotel management and Agoda’s customer support. Since the fault was with the hotel, Agoda should take responsibility to recover the additional amount I paid for the new booking from the hotel management. I also request Agoda to take strict action against this hotel to ensure such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future, as they damage Agoda’s reputation.
