Everything was so easy. We don't even need to meet the operator. You get a pin code once you arrive and you're in. It was very easy to reach the operator and they are responsive for anything.
For the price and the location, it is very hard to fault anything much. It is an apartment after all - rather than a hotel room. Perhaps the curtains can't completely block out the light.
