Tudo foi impecável! O hotel tem instalações modernas, com um nível de conforto excepcional nos quartos e um padrão de limpeza impecável. O atendimento prestado pelos funcionários foi de altíssimo nível, sempre prestativos e cordiais durante as duas diárias. Uma verdadeira experiência 5 estrelas em Xangai.

来上海出行偶然选了湫竹酒店，本是随意的决定，却收获了超出预期的完美体验，这趟入住直接让旅途的幸福感拉满！
一进酒店就被雅致的氛围打动，没有浮夸的装饰，简约的设计里藏着中式的温婉，大堂淡淡的竹香清清爽爽，瞬间驱散了旅途的疲惫。办理入住时前台效率超高，管家更是贴心，主动帮忙提行李，还细致介绍了酒店设施和周边游玩路线，连附近好吃的本帮菜馆都精准推荐，太暖心了。
订的大床房空间很宽敞，房间打扫得一尘不染，每个角落都透着用心。床品软硬度刚刚好，亲肤又舒服，玩了一天倒在床上直接秒睡，房间的隔音也超棒，窗外的城市喧嚣完全隔绝，一夜好眠到天亮。卫浴干湿分离，热水稳定充沛，洗漱用品的质感也在线，细节处全是惊喜。
酒店的位置也很赞，出行便利，离地铁站不远，去商圈、景点都很方便，却又闹中取静，回酒店就能享到一份静谧。从入住到退房，全程都感受到酒店的专业和贴心，没有一丝敷衍。不管是休闲旅游还是轻商务出行，湫竹都是绝佳选择，已经列入我的上海出行必住清单，下次来一定还选这里，也真心推荐给每一个来上海的朋友！
