Pozitívum, hogy a bejelentkezés nagyon egyszerű és rugalmas volt: egy számzár volt a falon, így bármikor gond nélkül be tudtunk jutni.
Az egyik fürdőszobában erős csatornaszag volt, ami valószínűleg az építkezés miatt alakulhatott ki. A fürdőszoba nagyon kicsi, a mosdókagylóhoz szinte alig lehetett odaférni a WC-től. 6 főre nem volt elegendő a WC-papír. A környék az építkezés miatt elég lepukkant és rendezetlen volt. Kár, hogy a folyó közvetlenül mellettünk folyik, de semmilyen kilátás nem volt rá Zuhany lefolyó is eldugult.
