Two Bedroom Apartment to rent in Carvajal

The apartment was really spacious, with good outdoor space. It had all the important things, like air conditioning, WiFi, a decent kitchen, and a washing machine. Plus two bathrooms. The apartment had most of the little things that you would need, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was even a little welcome pack with some soap, shower gel, washing supplies etc, which was a nice touch. There were also a couple of sun umbrellas that you could take to the beach. The beds were comfortable enough for a holiday apartment. There was plenty of pillows, bedding, and towels, and they even offered to come change our sheets half way through our two week stay. The living and dining area was comfortable, and it was great to have an outdoor dining table, which was great for enjoying your meals with a view of the sea. The pool was quite most of the time, and the water was really warm. There is a nice grassy area surrounding it, so nice for relaxing while the kids are in the pool. The location was really good, close to the train station and to the beach. You can hear the sea, which is really nice, especially when relaxing outside. You could collect the keys at any time of day, which is really handy if your flight is delayed and you arrive in the middle of the night. All in all, I would recommend this apartment, and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

It is a bit of a hassle to collect the keys as you need to go by car or taxi, but the instructions were clear and it was easy enough once you got to the collection point. The apartment was up a steep hill, so not great if you have heavy shopping or are tired after a long day, but it's fine if you are fit and able. I would have also liked a proper supermarket nearby, but it's only a couple of stops away on the train from one, and there are a few small shops nearby for a few bits like bread, drinks, and essentials. We were aware of all these things before we booked, and it would not put us off booking again.
