It's a nice apartment at a good location, with a well equipped kitchen. It's kind of hidden in an alley but the host has video guide that makes it easier to find it and get inside

The aparment doesn't have aircon, it uses the floor heating pipes to run cold water through them to cool down the apartment so it takes about 12 hours to get from 28C to 25C. Probably the most ineffective cooling system ever. The bed didn't have any blanket or at least a duvet cover, we only got 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights and there is nowhere to put your soap/shampoo in the shower (there's no soap dispenser you only get a small bar of soap). The towels were probably folded while still not completely dry because all of them had a strong damp smell so we had to wash them first thing, good thing there's a washing maschine.

Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig und sehr sauber.

Die Liebe zum Detail oder die wirkliche gastfreundliche Empfang fehlt etwas. So gibt es z. B. keinen Küchenlappen, nur 1 Rolle WC-Papier, die Wanduhr funktioniert nicht.

- Ruhige Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - Kleine Kaffes & Supermarkets in der Nähe - Aufzug, schöne große Balkon mit eine transparente elektrische Windschutz gestattet

Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung. Hat nach rauchen gerochen. Badezimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt, die ganze Wohnung genauso. Es sah wie für lange Zeit nicht belegt aus. Man sollte die Sauberkeit nach Reinigung nachprüfen. Es ist schade wenn eine schöne Wohnung wegen Sauberkeit negativ bewertet ist.
