The staff members was professional and attentive to my needs. I had a lovely holiday, and my hotel had all of the amenities I needed.

Perfect place for my solo adventure. Room was tidy and staff made me feel welcome from the beginning.

I had a really disappointing experience during my recent stay here, especially because my first visit had been quite good—that’s actually the only reason I chose to come back. The biggest issue was with the food. Guests aren’t allowed to order from outside, which is okay if the in-house system is fair. But that wasn’t the case. A staff member (introduced as Shubho or Vishal) told us we had to pay an extra 30% on the total food bill, which was never mentioned beforehand. It felt completely arbitrary. When I questioned this, things only got worse. The final bill looked inflated—item prices seemed higher than what was originally shown, and the GST charges didn’t add up properly. Instead of explaining things calmly, the staff became rude and dismissive, which was honestly quite frustrating. Another major problem was with the room. If you book through platforms like Agoda, OYO or others, be prepared for trouble. Even with a confirmed booking, there’s a good chance you won’t be given a proper room on arrival. In my case, after insisting, I was given one of the worst rooms, with the excuse that nothing else was available. Overall, this stay felt very different from my previous one—in a bad way. The drop in service quality is quite noticeable, and the way things are being handled raises serious concerns. I’m not sure if the owner is aware of what’s going on, but if not, they definitely should be.
