Sehr helle und großzügige FeWo, sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, sehr vorbildlich Mülltrennung, kleines Glas selbstgemachter Marmelade als kleiner Willkommensgruß, größere konnten Vorort gekauft werden (12 Sorten im Küchenschrank, auch Honig), sehr schöne ruhige Lage, fußläufig Bushaltestelle, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür jeden Tag gefunden/ohne Gebühr.
Im Aufgang (insgesamt 4 Wohnungen, von denen sind 2 FeWo), wir waren in der oberen FeWo Nr. 2, leider klangen am frühen Morgen die Stimmen von der in der unteren FeWo befindlichen Bewohner sehr deutlich durch, es war sehr hellhörig.

Sehr großzügig, sehr ansprechend und hell. Echte, gepflegte Pflanzen!!! Zuverlässiger Kontakt. Gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz.
Ein kleines Problem – mindestens für mich – war es, in der Dunkelheit trotz Türbeleuchtung den Zugangscode zu finden. Vielleicht könnte auch künftig angegeben werden, dass sich der Drehschlüssel hinter der verschiebbaren Klappe verbirgt.
