The unit is near to the lift at the main entrance, no need to walk too far and definitely benefit the elderly. Cleanliness is acceptable. Unit is spacious.
The video provided for key collection was not very clear and was somewhat misleading, which caused confusion when locating the key and access card. The host agreed to retake a clearer video. Communication with the host during the clarification process was not very pleasant and could be improved.
There was also a cockroach found in the room at night, which was concerning. Overall housekeeping particularly the cleanliness of the cabinets, requires significant improvement. The dish rack was notably unclean, with visible stains and dirt accumulated along the edges and on the tray.
