Another night, different apartment but still as beautiful as DiDis guesthouse. Clean, welcoming and value for money.

We couldn’t stay longer.

徳島駅からも近く、設備も揃っていて快適でした！ 駐車場の場所が少し分かりにくかったですが、非対面でのチェックイン・価格もお手頃でとても良かったです。

テレビは無く、プロジェクターのみでした。 大きい画面で見れるのは、子連れだった為嬉しかったです！ スクリーンか、真っ白な壁があればもっと良かったかなと思いました… 壁のつなぎ目？木の部分が邪魔で見えにくかったです…

The apartment itself was alright, and the location in terms of proximity to downtown was good. Hosts were relatively quick to communicate. If it wasn't for the situation below, we'd have given a higher score.

There was major construction going on right across the street from the property. We arrived to the sound of jackhammers on concrete, dump trucks rumbling by just outside the window, and ceaseless beeping from vehicles in reverse. All like it was right in the room. The property must have known about the construction, but chose not to communicate that information. To their credit, they offered to refund our money, but we had just arrived after a long trip with a 3-year old during a holiday period...no other comparable options available. So we adapted and made sure we were out of the property from the time work started around 8 am to when they finished after 4 pm, which sort of defeated the point of the apartment as a "base" during our stay. When we brought the situation to their attention as soon as we arrived, they said, "We're so sorry, we can't do anything about the construction." Obviously, but that somehow they didn't think this needed to be conveyed says a lot. So check the situation with the property before you book, or your stay might be the opposite of calm.
