Розташування супер, баня/сауна прямо в домі - дуже зручно, чисте повітря, навколо гори, у двір прилітає лелека, 20 хвилин на машині до заповідника з якого починаються піші маршрути на Ігоровець, Сивулі та інші гори. Гарна дорога до самої Гути. В самому селі робити нема чого, або насолоджуватися природою і спокоєм в самому будиночку - або підʼїхати та йти в гори.
В Гуті лише один заклад де можна поїсти (і на третій день дівчина отримала там харчове отруєння) - тому треба готувати вдома (плита холодильник - це все є). Також наявність резиденції президента, окрім + дуже якісної дороги майже від Богородчан до самої Гути є і суттєві мінуси: деяка частина маршрутів разом із мостами просто перекрита для проходу та проїзду. Наприклад на гору Будз треба йти в обхід через Оленицю.
