The rooms are spacious. The location is also convenient for a stay in Arar.

Unfortunately, several basic facilities were not available or were not functioning properly. There was no proper facility for drinking water bottles, and the room did not provide towels, coffee or tea bags, a dental kit, or slippers. The room lighting was not fully functional and required electrical repairs. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. In addition, the hall was quite dusty, which affected the overall cleanliness and comfort.
