La ubicación es inmejorable, justo delante de Praia da Rocha, solo tenías que cruzar la calle y ya te encontrabas con el acceso a la playa. Además, está lo suficientemente lejos de toda la zona llena de bares y restaurantes pero solo a 8 minutos andando, lo que te permite descansar bien por la noche pero estar cerca de la zona de ocio. A pesar de que solo tiene una habitación, las estancias son grandes y muy luminosas; la terraza es un punto extra con vistas directas a la playa. El apartamento cuenta con plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio lo cual es súper cómodo porque en la zona está muy concurrida de coches.
Ciertas zonas o sitios que nos son tan visibles a la vista estaban un poco sucios, como las encimeras de muebles, o las esquinas del sofá o el baño, que acumulaban polvo y algunos pelos. Las almohadas de la cama eran cojines incómodos.
