The property was clean, spacious and supplied with everything that we needed

There were a couple minor issues the outside trash container was 85% full upon arrival. Dead thermostat batteries affected the cooling unit on last night of stay.

This home is beautiful! I love the minimalist decor, the marble island in the kitchen, the natural light in the kitchen/living room area, and the master bathroom is ABSOLUTELY adorbs! And don't get me started in the ghost chairs and the BEAUTIFUL hunter green chaise lounge! I also really loved that there were already seasonings and things in the cabinets as well. The owner was responsive and fast acting when we had an issue. They were also very kind when i communicated on the day of checkout when i asked for the list of checkout instructions. The neighborhood is a little rundown, but at no point did i feel unsafe. I lived that we were able to fit 2 cars in the driveway in front of the house if you pull the first one up to the stairs at the main entrance. Most everything was clean. I had no issue getting into the unit with the instructions provided. I like to sing so the acoustics in the bathroom were really nice. ☺️

There was a significant amount of gnats n the master bathroom and the kitchen. We tried to make a couple of makeshift traps so as to not disturb the owner with something so small, but they weren't making a dent in the number of gnats. I eventually let the owner know, and in less ths than 24 hours, i had a reply and gnat traps at the door. The freezer was a little dirty, but it didnt bother us much. We used the bottom drawer instead. The linen was washed in Tide (i saw the bottle in the laundry room), and my skin was soo itchy just from sitting on the bed. I had to strip the bed and wash the sheets in plain water, and this fixed the problem. And no, there were no bedbugs or anything. The only bugs we saw were the gnats. I wish the checkout list was in the home or on the house rules page that gave the door code, but the owner was very kind and provided me with what I needed.

The area was quite & peaceful! Also, not to far from the main attractions such as bourbon st,French quarter & canal! I loved how update the home was especially with decor! My favorite room in the house was the master bathroom!
