La nostra stanza era piccolina ma dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Nota di merito assoluta per la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, davvero soddisfacente. Ottima anche la posizione. Ci torneremo sicuramente quando i lavori saranno ultimati. Una volta terminati i lavori, questa struttura sarà senza dubbio un punto di riferimento in città per posizione e qualità delle camere.
Ottimo potenziale e staff eccellente, ma lavori in corso nell'edificio. La struttura diventerà sicuramente un punto di riferimento per visitare Napoli, sia per l'ottima posizione che per la qualità degli ambienti. Al momento l'intero palazzo è in fase di ristrutturazione e solo il terzo piano è già operativo come B&B. Sarebbe stato preferibile essere informati in anticipo di questa situazione.

Location is fantastic
It is a building site with only one floor completed. There is no lift access & the 4 flights of stairs are raw concrete covered in concrete dust. The supposed soundproofing is a joke - we were woken by people coming in late more than once. The gap around the entrance door to the apartment allows light & noise to enter. The towel hooks fell off the wall with only a dry towel on them. The hot water system in the bathroom drips. The Booking.com description is not a true indication of the property.
