Inside, modern comfort and cosiness await you in harmonious unity. The spacious living and dining area is furnished with two armchairs and a 50" TV (Smart TV) for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent and leaves nothing to be desired. For work tasks or creative downtime, there is a foldaway bed with an integrated desk that can be easily transformed into a functional workspace. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Sleeping arrangements include a separate bedroom with two single beds and a foldaway foldaway bed in the dining area. Outside, the special feature of our holiday home continues: a 190sqm plot for exclusive use with an inviting small garden and a terrace. The covered seating area with awning and a gas barbecue invite you to spend cosy hours outdoors, while a private parking space is available directly in front of the holiday home.
