Schönes Ferienhaus in Neundorf mit Großer Terrasse
Our holiday home is a modern and spacious house in the heart of Germany - with room for up to 6 people. personal hospitality, atmosphere and warmth, you will find all this here under one roof, we are of course also child and dog friendly. we are located in beautiful Plauen - in the middle of the border triangle. The Vogtland is one of the most beautiful undiscovered holiday regions in Germany - far away from the tourist strongholds. from our accommodation you have a variety of excursion possibilities both in Plauen and the surrounding area as well as day trips, such as to the Musikwinkel Markneukirchen, to the spa towns of Bad Elster and Bad Brambach, on the Czech side to the beautiful Marienbad and to Franzensbad with its healthy springs and to the beautiful baroque Dresden, just to name a few.
The property is completely fenced and for exclusive use. The carport can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles and 2 further parking spaces are not covered, but in the enclosed property. at the back of the property there is a beautiful large terrace with barbecue area, garden furniture and deckchairs, which are not visible from the street. on a small sunny outdoor area is a beach chair where you can have a wonderful breakfast.
Our holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and double washbasin, 1 WC with washing facilities and a large living, dining and cooking area with fireplace. The fenced property has 4 car parking spaces, 2 of which are covered, and the garden at the back of the house is quiet and cannot be seen from outside. The partially covered terrace leads to the living and dining area, and we rent out our holiday home as a classic holiday home for families and friends, as well as an opportunity to celebrate on a small scale. These can be school commencements, birthdays or other family celebrations. Smaller seminars or training courses can also be organised here.
Our house is located in a small, quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city, but the city centre can still be reached quickly by car or public transport. Many hiking trails and cycle paths can be explored in the immediate vicinity. You can also quickly reach the beautiful spa towns of Bad Elster and Bad Brambach for wellness, a walk or a visit to the König-Albert Theatre or the NaturTheater in summer, and there are numerous dams and sights nearby.
A table tennis table and bicycles are available for individual leisure activities.
