The flat house is located directly at the spa gardens and only 50 m away from the wide, fine sandy beach in the Baltic seaside resort of Baabe - there is an underground car park in the house, located in front of the water, beautiful to look at, with beautiful flats (pure holiday in the first row guaranteed), each of which can be reached from the underground car park or from the ground floor by lift.
The 2-room flat on the 1st floor shows individuality and style. The lift takes you from the underground car park into the hallway. This is equipped with a cloakroom and a storage cupboard. It continues into the living area with kitchenette and you can already see the Baltic Sea from the front balcony. The living area has a pull-out double sofa bed (only one half can be pulled out if required), a television, a radio and an extendable table in the dining area. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The bedroom has 2 box-spring beds (height-adjustable at the top and bottom), bedside cabinets with lamps and a large wardrobe with mirror. From the bedroom you can access one of the two balconies. Both are equipped with furniture. The bathroom has a shower, WC and a daylight window.
