Our accommodation on the edge of Zell am See combines absolute peacefulness with close proximity to local activities - a perfect base for winter sports enthusiasts and summer lovers alike. In winter you can reach the ski slopes within a short time, while in summer fantastic hiking trails start right outside the door. The charming Lake Zell is just a short walk away and offers the ideal setting for relaxing hours on the water. The peace and quiet that surrounds our apartment provides a contrast to its proximity to vibrant events - just a 20-minute walk separates you from Zell am See town centre. The bus stop to Zell am See and Kaprun is located directly in front of the apartment. The AreitXpress ski lift is 1.5 km away, and both restaurants and shops can be reached by car or on foot in a few minutes (5-20 minutes).
