This elegant holiday home is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac in Tias. Tias is only about 5 minutes by car from Puerto del Carmen and yet far away from tourism. The new golf course of Puerto del Carmen is also in the immediate vicinity. In this respect, this holiday home is also ideal for golf fans who expect the same comfort from their accommodation as from their "green".
Lots of windows and bright colours ensure that the rooms are flooded with light. There is plenty of space for four people in the two bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable with slatted frames and latex mattresses. There is also a separate bathroom for each bedroom. The living and dining area is elegantly separated by a step. From the dining table you have a fascinating view of Arrecife, especially in the evening hours when the lights of the city add that certain something to the colourful hustle and bustle. The living room is also very comfortably furnished and naturally has satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with ceramic hob, oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You will find peace and relaxation on the terrace. The garden is beautifully landscaped. Many flowering plants and palm trees give the property an exotic ambience. On the ample garden furniture you can end a wonderful day's holiday with a glass of wine. Due to the high-quality furnishings, this elegant holiday home is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Please only smoke on one of the two terraces, thank you.
