About this vacation rental

Cullera

This beautiful villa is ideally located in a quiet area with views of the countryside. All the facilities and entertainment you need for a great holiday are close by. About 2 km away are the small villages of Calonge and S'Horta, with several shops and good restaurants. Just a 5 minute drive away is the beautiful beach of Cala SANAU and the resort of Cala D'Or is also only 2 km away and offers a wide range of restaurants, beaches and a stunning harbour. In Cala D'Or you can enjoy a variety of water sports and discover the south-east of the island on boat trips. A 5-minute drive will take you to Porto Colom and on the road to Porto Colom is the golf course "Vall D'Or Golf". The traditionally stone-clad house has two floors and is tastefully furnished, with some interior walls clad in stone. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and access to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and an archway leads to the dining area with views of the terraces and the pool. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and en suite bathroom as well as a guest toilet with shower. A staircase leads to the 1st floor to a double bedroom with access to a private terrace and marvellous views. The third bedroom, also on the 1st floor, offers two single beds and access to a terrace. Both bedrooms share a bathroom, heated towel rail. The laundry room is on the terrace. The outside area is very large and offers plenty of space for the children to play. The gardens have lawns and lemon trees. The covered terrace is ideal for al fresco dining or barbecues. There is a large swimming pool (9 m x 4.5 m, depth 1.00 m to 1.60 m) with steps and a large terrace with sun loungers. All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning with set hours of use from 14.00h to 16:00h and 21.00h to 08.00h. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. The owners live in a flat on the lower floor of the house. They are really friendly and do not use the pool or garden.
