This luxury villa is situated in an unbeatable location on the seafront with fantastic views over the harbour of the picturesque fishing village of Porto Colom. The house offers a panoramic view from the harbour over the small sandy beaches of S'Arenal to the typical colourful fishermen's houses. Porto Colom is a charming, quiet fishing village, known for its unique and large natural inland harbour, where you can still watch the fishermen mending their nets on the pier. There are many excellent restaurants and bars along the harbour promenade, all with fantastic views of the harbour. Various sandy bays can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are also supermarkets, shops and boutiques nearby, as well as a diving centre. The golf course "Vall D'Or Golf" is less than 5 km away and the well-known tourist resort of Cala D'Or, the picturesque fishing village of Porto Petro and Felanitx with its colourful Sunday market can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes by car. Villa Can Marilla is a luxurious villa with 300 m2 of living space spread over 2 levels. The house offers a friendly, bright and sophisticated ambience. The rooms are generously proportioned and offer fantastic sea views. On the ground floor is the airy living/dining room, furnished with stylish, light-coloured dining and living room furniture, satellite TV and DVD. Large glazed sliding doors lead out onto the long terrace with uninterrupted views over the harbour. Adjacent is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob. A laundry room adjoins. Also on the ground floor is a playroom for the little ones, which offers space for painting, romping around etc. and a shower room. A small double bedroom with en suite shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, all with double beds. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with bath and shower en suite. 2 further double bedrooms share a full bathroom. The last double bedroom has an en suite shower room. The long, corner terrace offers magnificent views over the water and the harbour of Porto Colom. Beautiful outdoor furniture and a mobile barbecue invite you to enjoy long, relaxed and cosy dinners. The rectangular pool (10 m x 4 m, depth min. 1.10 m, max. 1.70 m) below the terrace is fenced and therefore child-proof. The spacious lawn next to it invites you to sunbathe. All bedrooms and the living area have hot/cold air conditioning with set times of use (bedrooms: 20:00 to 08:00, living area: 10:00 to 20:00). The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all additional costs (electricity, water, gas).
