The property is located on a farm in a beautiful area. The surroundings are tranquil and from all sides you have wonderful views of the countryside. The home is comfortable, well appointed and very clean. There is ample space for kids to play in the large garden and many walking trails in the fields for morning and evening strolls.

Loved the farmhouse feel and facilities. Felt like home and staff were fabulous and went beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Very well equipped kitchen and wanted for nothing.

We had a marvelous, relaxing stay. Absolutely beautiful setting with a very thoughtful host and exceptionally well equipped house. Fireplace was stocked with wood every evening and the house and garden was cleaned daily by very friendly and dedicated staff. Although I managed to catch one fish in the adjacent dam, maybe the addition of a few more fingerlings in the dam would improve my success rate, but then I am not particularly proficient in fly-fishing... Had some very nice walks in the mornings with awesome views over the valley and farmlands. We can highly recommend Burnside Lodge and would love to visit again.
