Ótima localização e organização
No flat precisa de utensílios pra cozinhar, pois só tem uma cuscuzeira e uma frigideira. Cama precisa ser trocada, muito desconforto.

Atendimento bom, próximo à praia, condomínio bonito, bom espaço interno do apto, estrutura boa.
Infelizmente a Limpeza interna estava péssima, roupas de camas todas usadas e extremamente fedidas, uma das pessoas que estavam conosco inclusive foi embora para outro flat pois o sofá cama era duro e também estava fedorento sem roupa de cama, pedimos a troca mas só mandaram um lençol a mais e um fronha, que também estavam fedidos, iríamos ficar mais dias e colocar as roupas na lavanderia, porém não iria compensar, decidimos após a estadia mudar de local. Armários e utensílios sujos, sujeira embaixo do sofá e cama, Box do banheiro bem engordurado. Uma pena pois o lugar tinha tudo para ser nota máxima pois a estrutura e atendimento é bom, mas não tiveram ação para resolver o problema .
