Quietness, a convenient workout environment, and cleanliness of the place.
It is always good to have at least a local television channel (NBC) available. Yes, I do understand the technology's evolution; however, DStv or any others could be a bonus, and it is recommended.

L'appartamento è nuovo e ampio, la cucina è lasciata a disposizione dei clienti. La ragazza che ci ha accolti è stata prontamente disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Si può parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del cancello. Su richiesta mi hanno fornito un ottimo asciugacapelli. Frigo e bollitore in stanza.
Se lasciavamo la finestra un pochino aperta, pur al secondo piano, entravano subito molte piccole formiche. Per fortuna la ragazza ci ha portato subito il veleno per eliminarle. La notte faceva freddo ma non c'era nessun tipo di riscaldamento. La struttura è in periferia e per raggiungere il centro bisogna spostarsi in auto.
