Sometimes there’s no hot water

The staff are friendly, and the environment is quiet

The was a problem with the hot water. They did their best to assist with the bath tub, but the shower water did not get hot.

The house was exceptionally clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. We were in Victoria Falls for the marathon, and the house was ideally situated—just a few minutes from the hotel where we collected our race bibs and within walking distance of the start line. There is also a charming coffee/smoothie caravan on the same road called Loretta’s Coffee Caravan. The only reason I didn’t give it a 10/10 was the unreliable hot water. We stayed during winter, so having consistent hot water was important. I believe the property uses solar heating (I am all for green energy) but unfortunately it wasn’t working reliably during our stay. Perhaps a gas backup system would be a worthwhile solution. One small suggestion would be to keep a few lighters or boxes of matches available for guests to use with the cooker, as there weren’t any when I needed them. Overall, we had a great stay. If these few issues were addressed, I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

No consistent hot water.

Nous étions deux collocatrices pour une chambre twin. La maison est exactement comme sur les photos, bien équipée, propre et il y avait tout comme décrit ! C'était très très confortable ! Nous avons profité d'un endroit très confortable et proche des endroits où nous devions aller. La propriétaire est sympathique et nous avons eu un calme très bénéfique. Victoria Falls est un must et Jabula Homes est un très bon plan ! Merci pour tout!
