clean 2bhk provided for a party of 6 was very helpful. fridge was working , we hope the water filter was also regularly serviced, etc

1. centralized ac for entire apt is must in pondy- hall and kitchen were too hot to sit and one fan in 1 corner of the ceiling wasnt helpful at all. 2. tea/coffee/milk powder sachets are mandatory in such accomdn coz theres no cafe in the premises and guests have to walk or order even beverages like coffee, tea etc. 3. the entire apt smelt old - maybe it was some different de-odorizer or something. 4. need 3-4 plastic chairs to sit in the balcony for fresh air - had to move the dining room chairs, etc. 5. need a clothesline in a homestay and some clips - our clothes flew out andwe had to retrieve it - but next time we will also remember to take clips along 6. we did a late chekin @ 2:30 am on day1 but were charged 500 rs for a 2 hr extn upto 1 pm on day2. some consideration shouldve been given. other places provide temp. facility for next guests while the unit is being cleaned.
