The apartment was maintained very well and was exceptionally clean.
The living room doesn't have its own aircon, so it can be uncomfortable.

Ease of check-in, Shirly was pleasant, responsive and accomodating. She also gave us a complimentary gallon of drinking water. The place was clean, spacious enough to move around, has its own parking (although a bit tight for a SUV) and secure. It also has good internet connectivity. There was ample supply of toiletries. The location is good in terms of proximity to establishments and is inside a subdivision that is peaceful and quiet.
It's a 2-floor apartment with toilet and bath only on the ground floor with the bedrooms on the second floor. If you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it's a bit inconvenient. We also decided not to bring up the There's no AC on the ground floor. With the summer weather, we were quite uncomfortable. Pots and pans could be upgraded to a better quality.
