The location is great. The entrance from Bukarest street is good. We came late at night and the owner put the key for us in a secret place.
The owner changed the apartment one day before, because of gas problems, but he gave us another apartment. I read about that in the comments that he do it sometimes. So I was relaxed with that. It works well. But: There were a lot of empty plastic bottles on the balcony. And: The last day there was no water. The owner was informed, but he didn't inform us! We could only flush the toilet one time and nothing more. Please inform your clients in advance! Otherwise you can have some stinky surprises in your toilet.
