Excellent location New and modern Relatively quiet considering the location

The apartment gets no sun and felt cold and damp (normal in March I guess) - however, the air conditioner was stuck on 30°C (fat too hot) and emitted a sweet, musty sewage smell when switched on - in other words it could be a leak or mould in the system or something worse but most probably not healthy. I asked for a heater as I did not want someone to work on the system while I was there, but the (anonymous, not very responsive host) simply said that there was no heater. So the apartment stayed cold and damp during my stay. Bedroom (upstairs) not dark at all at night - it's on the same level as street as the lamps outside with only roller blinds to keep the light out. Kitchen not very well equipped - no microwave or even kitchen towels. The Living Area description says "a dining area, and seating area" (the detailed description says "Dining area, Sofa, Seating Area, Desk") - however, it's only a bench with cushions and a coffee table next to the front door No dining area, no sofa. The bathroom is downstairs in the kitchen.
