Shell Residences J&W Homestay

Warren was an incredibly accommodating and welcoming host. Even though we arrived very late, he personally greeted us and assisted us to our room, which we truly appreciated. He was friendly, easy to communicate with, and always responded promptly, making the entire check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The unit has a lovely aesthetic, with beautiful decorations and a very comfortable bed that made our stay enjoyable. However, it would benefit from a more thorough overall cleaning, particularly in the toilet and shower area. The air conditioner could also use some cleaning to improve comfort. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this would be an excellent place to stay.
