Contemporary Flat in Central Manchester w Balcony

The flat is in a great location, with easy access to local amenities and transport links. The layout is well designed, making the space feel comfortable and practical. The building itself is impressive, with a very welcoming entrance and the added convenience of lift access. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and all appliances and facilities worked perfectly. Overall, it is a pleasant and functional place to stay, with many positive features that make it enjoyable and convenient.

The flat was generally comfortable, but there was a noticeable plumbing smell when I arrived. Fortunately, opening the windows and airing the place out resolved the issue after a while. However, given the price, I would expect the property to be in perfect condition from the outset. The check-in arrangements also felt unnecessarily restrictive. A 10pm cut-off seems outdated when there are plenty of secure alternatives available, such as 24/7 key collection points or self-check-in options. In addition, the extra charges significantly increased the overall cost of the stay, making it feel less like good value for money. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the maintenance issue, inconvenient check-in policy, and additional fees detracted from the experience.

The flat was very nice and suited our needs well. The view from the flat was lovely.

The bin lid wouldn’t stay closed. Didn’t upset us but maybe get a new bin. Some mis communication on where to leave the key. Instruction from person handing over key. Then email with different instructions then different instructions on further email after we had left. Didn’t spoil our stay but maybe helpful for future visitors.

- abonnement plateforme obligatoire pour regarder la télé🫩car smart TV - Self Check in/out, les clés sont à retirer dans une boutique Il n’y à personne sur place (fausse information sur Booking) - 30€ pour une arrivée à 12h et départ obligatoire à 10h du matin, sinon faut encore payer pour le late Check out. - Literie médiocre, Pas de rideaux occultant dans la chambre (réveil très tôt) - Mauvaise odeur dans l’appartement ( réclamation faite mais aucun retour 🫩)
