1BR Serviced Apt with Pool & Premium Amenities

This was a nice size apt for my Friend and I to use as a base for a 6 day stay in Cyprus. There was a good outside gym, 2 pools on the property and parking was no issues.

Internet did not work for 2 days. The owner offered to have it looked at but not during the weekend and stated he thought it was our issue. Upon looking at the modem, the SIM card was loose and I had to Jerry rig it. The internet through ‘hotel’ is lacking, kicking me off every 5min. And the title of the property is ‘serviced’ apt but there is no service. We had details in the room that said it should have been done every 3 days but the owner stated no when I inquired.

We did not had the chance to try the breakfast this time. It was our first time in a liv & co experience and we really liked the apartment. The location was very good close to the motorway that links to Larnaca, Nicosia & Ayia Napa! The apartment was very clean and cozy, we really like the bed first time for me to sleep apart from my bedroom to such a comfortable mattress. We liked the sofa and the kitchen we even stay one place in and order from outside! We definitely lived the experience! There is a roof bar which we really want to visit next time for drinks, pool & sauna!

There is nothing we did not like :) Everything exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful family stay and will definitely return. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and even better than the photos. It felt like a boutique hotel experience while still being very homely. The facilities really stood out — great pool, well-equipped gym, complimentary fitness classes, a beautiful rooftop with amazing views, and even a sauna with a view which we loved. There were also bikes available, although sadly the weather didn’t allow us to use them this time. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent facilities. The host Chryso so amazing and explained everything really well. She responded into all our questions immediately!

There is absolutely nothing I didn't like.
