Luxury in Nyali at City Mall

I like how quick they act whenever I needed sth..they were so friendly ...so professional..I loved every thing.

I didn't like how salty the tap n shower was...it incurred more costs

We stayed here our last night before heading to the airport. It was very well organised. The owner send us the accurate location on WhatsApp and was right there waiting when we arrived. The wifi was quite good as well.

There could’ve been a mosquito net.

La habitación: du diseño y equipamiento.

La habitación estaba sucia al llegar. Tras reclamar se limpió: cambio de sábanas y toalla, y limpieza general; la reserva había sido hecha con una semana de antelación. El ascensor estuvo un tiempo averiado (la habitación era en un 4° piso). El camarero no devolvió el cámbio al pagar el desayuno. Se tuvo que negociar el pago con tarjeta de crédito (en la reserva nunca se nos exigió pago en cash en exclusiva específicamente)...
