The stone arc inside is impressive and gives a very nice touch. The smell of church is as well very nice. Enough beds in apartment 4 and all you need in the kitchen. The little pool great for children. Martin, managing the apartment was very supportive and took much care to let us feel like at home.

Minor ones; Lot of flies and mosquitos somehow flying only in front of our door and getting in as if there was a hidden sewer. Loud neighbour over the wall blasting music until 10-11PM. As someone who renovated flats by myself, the finish of walls, woodworks inside the house, clogged sink, unscrewed elements like shower door wheels or kitchen doors hurts a bit my eye. Seems it was done in a rush or by someone who was average skilled. Generally from a price /value perspective I would say you get a better value in the polish south mountains than in Arce. But that's the price you pay for having ocean & mountains in a 30min drive radius. Santander and region totally worth it, a jewel in the north. Very happy about the stay.

Apartamentos nuevos, colchones cómodos, equipados con todo lo necesario.

Mobiliario demasiado básico, sillas, mesas, escalera suena bastante y algo de olor a humedad.
