Not a dislike, more of a better information situation. I'm Australian and can only speak English. The addresses in Istanbul, like other countries,are a little confusing to me. The entrance to this address is no.42 Soner Sk, and the entrance is next door to the BonVeno convenience store entry (Right hand side of the automated glass door). The hosts, two good blokes, are on the 1st floor and will help out. I'm not sure of their room no. they work out of, and it is a security building, so a text or call via the booking platform or Whatsapp will sort that out. I'm pretty sure they are happy to put your luggage in their apartment/office whilst you wait for the check-in time. There are cafes etc, plenty to choose from, just a short walk up the road. The guys will give you places to go for authentic food or anything really. If you want to get to the Grand Bazaar, use the ferry. It's pretty much all downhill to the wharf. Heaps faster and cheaper. Obviously, the downside, uphill on the way back. Plenty of places to stop though... Hope this helps.

Super nice hosts. Very good location with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping options around. Supermarket on ground floor. Lot‘s of space for everybody.

Some smell in the elevator and the pillows were to rigid, but this is criticism on very high level.

Les photos sur Booking.com, appartement avec terrasse ne correspondent pas avec celui qu’on nous a attribué, sans terrasse. Ni le propriétaire ni Booking ne nous ont apporté des explications satisfaisantes au sujet de ce différentiel. Pas d’excuse , ni de compensations financières des deux cotés. Absence de support pour valise dans les chambres.
