Loved everything! Only one suggestion: WiFi should be more accessible to the top floors. The wifi had lower/weaker signal in my top floor room.

Staff was nice and always helpful. They were doing their best and were very kind. Better than many great hotels. The location was ideal. It was a motel, it ain't a hotel so you can't compare it with a proper hotel that has lobbies and cafes etc. Speed of service was very good and impressive, you ask something, they deliver it in matter of minutes. Complimentary tea and sandwiches were very kind and generous from them. Extremely helpful with baggages.

No backup energy, no backup internet. Needs a proper refurbishment, some stuff is way too old and has stains for good. Consider it as a normal house which hasn't been rebooted for quite sometime.

Staff was very helpful at check-in and greeted me with an offer of coffee or tea. They upgraded me to a room with A/C, which was appreciated. Breakfast was great, WiFi was stable, and the location is convenient with food options within walking distance. Security was stationed right inside of the gate and access was controlled by buzzing in. The room was clean and reasonable for the price. Some amenities were included in the bathroom.

My stay was good overall but there were a few issues that were concerning. First, there was an unbelievable amount of pressure to submit a positive review immediately. I appreciated the upgrade, but it was suggested on the morning of my departure that I owed them a positive review for it. Someone in the lobby asked to see my phone, opened the Booking app, and proceeded to submit a review of 10. I told him to stop because I always write reviews with more details than just a number, and he returned my phone. Management texted several times while I was there and after I left, in addition to calling via WhatsApp in the middle of the night asking for a review. I definitely understand the request for a review, but the pressure got to the point where I had to firmly state that I would do it when I could provide more details than just a number. At this point, a large and intimidating man came out of one of the ground floor rooms, glared at me with his arms crossed, and spoke to the men working in the lobby. The conversation seemed to be informal, so I wasn't under the impression that he was a guest. His presence made me uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. I had spoken firmly but voices had not escalated so I'm not sure what his intentions were, but this experience was enough for me to decide to leave for the airport hours earlier than planned. The pressure subsided once the large man walked away and the man working reception was very helpful with booking an airport transfer. We spent a bit of time discussing photos of Karachi and chatting over Google Translate while I waited for the transfer. The staff also brought some tea. This was all greatly appreciated, but my experience had been soured and I wanted to leave. It's unfortunate that my stay ended with these experiences as it was otherwise good. However, it's important for other guests - especially solo female travelers - to be aware of these points when considering accommodation options in Karachi.
