Absolutely wonderful stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I wasn’t feeling well before my trip and had to request a change to my booking by one day. The hotel immediately accommodated my request and adjusted my booking without any hassle, which I truly appreciated.
From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was excellent. They even welcomed me with snacks, and throughout my stay, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. One morning, I woke up late around 10:30–11:00, after breakfast hours had technically ended, but they still kindly accommodated me and arranged breakfast for me.
A special thank you to Faheem, who was extremely helpful even after checkout. He assisted me with my packing and guided me about the wrapping sheets and everything I needed for my luggage. His help made things so much easier.
The hotel is very clean, neat, and well maintained, but what truly stands out is the amazing staff and their genuine hospitality.
I would happily give this hotel 5/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and would definitely stay here again whenever I visit Baku. Highly recommended! ❤️
