Elegance on the Hill - 800m to downtown

Die Wohnung ist geräumiger, als durch die Perspektive auf den Bildern, dargestellt. Der Wohn-Essbereich hat 2 Balkone. Das Schlafzimmer einen eigenen Balkon. Das extra Zimmer hat einen sehr großen Kleiderschrank in dem einiges Platz findet Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, um auch selbst kochen zu können. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist neu uns läßt sich sehr gut einstellen. Die Waschmaschiene ist ebenfalls neu und funktoniert. Die Klimananlage funktioniert sehr gut und ist individuell regelbar Um sein Italienisch aufzufrischen, helfen die rein italienischen Fernsehprogramme ;-) Sie liegt in einem ruhigem Mehrfamilienhaus in der obersten Etage, an einer Sackgasse. Im Umkreis von 5 Minuten ist ein Bäcker, kleiner Lebensmittelladen, Metzger, Kiosk, Bar und Apotheke. Ebenso mehrere Bushaltestellen verschiedener Buslinien, auch einer Linie zum Bahnhof (Nr.73) Nach einem touristischen Tag in der Stadt, ist es wie nach Hause kommen, in die Ferienwohnung, in ein Wohnviertel ohne touristischen Einfluss. Man läuft gut 15 Minuten in die Altstadt durch eine schattige Allee

Gerne für die Küche ein Geschirrhandtuch mehr - da kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ;-)

Free parking in the courtyard, right opposite the entrance to the building. The neighborhood is quiet and full of beautiful houses. Construction work on the neighboring property started at 8 a.m., but it did not bother us, as we were already awake and usually out for the whole day. The city center can be reached in about a 15-minute walk along pleasant streets. The building has a lift. It works if you keep the floor button pressed, although it is quite slow. The apartment is large, bright, and beautifully decorated, with three (!) balconies. The kitchen is well equipped, with a coffee machine, kettle, gas stove, and microwave. It was also convenient that the electrical appliances had adapters, making it possible to use the old three-hole sockets installed in the apartment. The firm mattress helped us sleep very well. The apartment was warm, and it was possible to adjust the radiator temperature in each room.

The main issue was the hot water. Due to low pressure in the boiler, it was difficult to get enough hot water for a shower on the first day. The host responded quickly to our message and adjusted something while we were out, which helped, although warm water still did not come immediately and required a bit of trial and error with the taps. In the evenings, the internet occasionally lagged for short periods. As a small improvement, it would be great to have a coat rack near the entrance for outerwear. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Muy amplio, muy limpio,luminoso, completo de accesorios. No echamos en falta nada. Cama muy cómoda, y almohadas correctas y muy silencioso que permitía el descanso nocturno.
