It would be good to have hooks for coats and in the bathroom to hang things.
Also, having something in the shower to hold items would be good.

-It's a cute place with many amenities included in the price like for example: Kurig Coffee, cook and kitchenware, gated parking (1 spot), laundry on site, and good wifi.
-Bed is surprisingly comfortable despite it being a futon style bed.
-Great location. It's close walking distance to 3rd street and the beach, and a 4 minute car ride to St. Johns hospital if you have appointments there.
-The outdoor patio adjacent to the bedroom area is a nice place to sit.
-The shower is very nice.
- The apartment is very small and smaller than I was expecting from the photos.
- It can be noisy , especially on weekend evenings. The apartment faces Broadway and is near bars and restaurants.
-Please note that the unit is in 829 Broadway building and not in the 1455 9th street building as listed.
