Umah Anami

After staying in many accommodations across Bali, I’ve learned that the places with the best reviews aren’t always the ones with the biggest swimming pools or the fanciest facilities. What really matters is that the essentials are done exceptionally well, and Umah Anami delivers exactly that. The property is simple, practical, and thoughtfully designed. It doesn’t try to be something it’s not. Instead, everything you actually need is there, everything works properly, and it’s all very well organized. The standout feature for me was the cleanliness. The room and the entire property were spotless throughout my stay. As someone who travels frequently, I believe cleanliness is the single most important aspect of any accommodation, and Umah Anami sets a high standard. I also appreciated the layout of the property. It feels more like having your own private apartment than staying in a typical hotel or hostel. The small garden creates a peaceful atmosphere, and you can enjoy your own space without constantly crossing paths with other guests. Another reason I chose Umah Anami was its location. It’s in a much quieter area than Kuta or central Denpasar, with noticeably less traffic, less noise, and cleaner air, making it a far more relaxing place to come back to after a day exploring Bali. If you value cleanliness, comfort, practicality, and a peaceful atmosphere over unnecessary luxury, I can highly recommend Umah Anami. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

There was very little to dislike. If I had to suggest a couple of improvements, I would add an 1 extractor fan in the bathroom for better ventilation and perhaps plant a few more trees and tropical plants in the garden to make the space even more beautiful. My only real criticism isn’t about Umah Anami at all, it’s about the local infrastructure. The roads around the area can be rough, uneven, and especially if you’re riding a scooter or motorbike, so take your time and drive carefully. As a visitor, I hope Bali Investing more into sustainable, responsible, and community-based approach to tourism. more into safe roads and local communities to preserve Bali’s unique character for both residents and visitors. Its authentic landscapes and local culture are what make the island so special.

You won't find a better deal than this ridiculously low-priced private room. It's spot on, and the staff is so helpful.

Um dos melhores lugares em que fiquei em Bali, passei um mês e esse sem dúvidas foi o local mais limpo, reservado e confortável em que passei. A mobília é totalmente nova assim como a roupa de cama, cama confortável e banheiro espaçoso. Os funcionários são incríveis e ajudam no que precisar, Wayan em especial foi excelente e muito simpático. Com certeza é um lugar em que eu voltaria. A localização não é central, mas na mesma rua tem mercadinhos e a 4 minutos de bike você já está na área central com tudo o que precisa.
